Thank you very much for agreeing to become a member of our feedback group.

In order to sign-up, please complete the questions on the following pages to let us know a little bit about yourself. It should only take a few minutes.

We’ll then contact you by email, each month, with a short survey.

Your feedback will be collated with other supporters’ responses and then used to shape the decisions we make. You will be helping Christian Aid become more responsive to your needs.

Being a member will not affect your usual interaction with Christian Aid or the communications that you usually receive, and you can unsubscribe from the monthly emails at any point.
